Storms Impacting Florida & Gulf Coast

Our thoughts are with our CSC team members, clients and the families who live and work in the Gulf Coast communities that have been impacted by recent storms. These are challenging times and we are prepared to support you as best we can.

Like many businesses, CSC has operations and clients within the region impacted by the Gulf Coast storms Harvey and Irma including Houston, Tampa, Orlando and Miami.

We are restoring full capacity across all our Laundry & Air operations throughout the region as quickly as possible and where conditions permit. Our account teams are contacting clients to assess their status and readiness (power, etc.) so that we can respond in the most productive manner.

Additionally, we are working with authorities, non-profit organizations and our supplier partners to discuss how we can best respond in a coordinated fashion with our industry resources and expertise. Beyond the financial and in-kind donations made by our amazing team members, the company will be making a $10,000 contribution to the American Red Cross.

Lastly, our Customer Support Center is available at (844) 272-9675 to receive service requests and client status updates. Basic information including whether officials have provided an occupancy clearance and whether utilities to each unit (electrical, water, drainage) exist will be helpful.
