Delivery

How soon can I get a delivery?

Need your appliances fast? Appliance Warehouse offers quick delivery on a next-available basis, often as quickly as next day with our Key-Release program at your apartment community, you don’t have to be home! Delivery slots fill up fast, so call 800-693-4343 or click “get delivery” to get the fastest delivery in available in your area!

What if I’m not home at the time of delivery / service?

If you won’t be home on delivery/service day, you can give us permission to enter your home by completing a key release form and giving it to your community’s office. Click here for a Key Release Form – and please be sure to leave the completed form with your leasing office in advance of your scheduled time.

I have a delivery today, when can I expect Appliance Warehouse at my home?

You may obtain an estimated time of arrival (ETA) on the day of the service by calling 800-693-4343 (option #1) or check online at www.appliancewhse.com by selecting the “CHECK ETA” link and entering your confirmation number.

I have a service schedule today, when can I expect Appliance Warehouse to arrive?

On the day of your scheduled appointment, you will receive an SMS message informing you of the estimated time of arrival (ETA) of your technician as well as any updates related to your service that day. (Opt out instructions are included in the SMS message). You may also obtain it on the day of the service after 9:00am by clicking “CHECK ETA” link at the top of this page and enter your confirmation number. If you need any additional assistance, call 800-693-4343 (option #1)

Are there any additional fees?

All our equipment comes with, full service and maintenance for as long as you have it. There is a low, one-time delivery charge of just $35.00 and a one-time processing fee of $7.90 (plus any state mandated taxes). If you choose the LDW coverage, a recurring monthly charge will be added to your invoice. There are no hidden fees with Appliance Warehouse! Service

Why won’t my dryer start?

If your dryer will not start, first ensure that the dryer door is fully closed, and the power cord is fully plugged in. Ensure that the timer knob has been activated and that the breaker to the laundry room is turned ‘On.’ If you have checked all of these and the dryer still will not start, please submit a service request or call us at 800-693-4343.

Why won’t my dryer heat?

If your dryer is not giving off heat, please make sure the timer is not in the ‘Cool Down’ setting or set to a ‘No Heat’ cycle. Also make sure that the breaker to the laundry room is turned ‘On.’ If the dryer is heating but clothes are not drying, ensure there is no blockage to the outside vent. You could also try cleaning the lint filter with a soft bristled brush.

Why is my dryer not drying my clothes?

If the dryer is set to an Automatic cycle, try switching to a more or less dry setting. If it was set to a timed cycle, try adding more time. It’s also possible the load of laundry is too big which may not allow the dryer to tumble correctly. Lastly ensure the lint filter is cleaned by using a soft bristled brush and make sure the vent hose behind the dryer is not kinked.

Why won’t my washer start?

If your washer will not start, first ensure the washer lid is fully closed, and the power cord is fully plugged in. Make sure the hot and cold water faucets are opened all the way and the timer knob has been activated. You also want to make sure the laundry room breaker is turned ‘On’ and that all controls on the washer are property set. If you have checked all of these and the dryer still will not start, please submit a service request or call us at 800-693-4343.

If your washer will not fill, first ensure the power cord is fully plugged in and that the laundry room breaker is turned ‘On.’ Also be sure that both the hot and cold water faucets are opened all the way and that the timer knob is activated. Make sure the previous cycle was fully completed and that all controls are properly set.

How can I make a payment?

We offer several convenient payment options for you:

Are there any fees to make one-time payment ?

Any one-time payment made on our website, through our phone system or with one of our representatives, there is a fee in the amount of $4.00 including any applicable sales tax. You can avoid this fee by setting up your account for automatic monthly payments.

What is the minimum Lease Term?

At Appliance Warehouse our minimum rental agreement is just 2 months, followed by a month to month term – Just give us a call.

When are my rental payments due?

After delivery, you agree to pay the Monthly Rate amount on or before the same day of each subsequent calendar month for as long as you rent the Equipment from AW and until the Equipment is returned to AW.
For example, if your Equipment was delivered on the 15th day of the month, your Monthly Rate payment will be due thereafter on the 15th day of each successive calendar month until the lease is terminated and AW has picked up the Equipment.

What is your Late Payment Policy?

Late Fee of $7.50 each month when a Monthly Rate payment has not been paid by the due date for each piece of Equipment you have rented (or $15 each month if you have rented two pieces of Equipment or a stackable washer/dryer unit)

What if I can not make my monthly payment?

Appliance Warehouse will help you with a payment arrangement. Simply call our toll free number at 800-643-2301 (option #3)

Will I ever own the appliances?

Your rental agreement is not a purchase agreement. The equipment is owned by AW and must be returned when you cancel the lease.

Pick up or Move Requests

I am moving and would like to continue to rent the appliances.

Appliance Warehouse makes moving your rented appliances easy, quick, and hassle free. Simply call our toll free number at 800-693-4343 (option #3) to schedule a move by our expert installers. We ask that you please not attempt to move AW equipment. Applicable service fees may apply.

I would like to schedule a pick up of the appliances

When should I schedule the pick up of appliances?

If you are moving out, please contact us at least two weeks prior to scheduling a pick-up or move the appliances.

Is my last month prorated?

The last month of the rental will not be prorated and must be paid in full. If you notify AW that you want to terminate the lease, you agree to continue paying rent at the Monthly Rate amount until AW has picked up the appliances by our technicians.

Limited Damage Waiver (LDW)

What is the Limited Damage Waiver /LDW charge on my invoice?

AW offers an Optional Limited Damage Waiver ("LDW") for an additional monthly charge. LDW coverage is only offered at the time of account set up or prior to initial delivery. It cannot be added once initial delivery is completed.

Do I need Limited Damage Waiver(LDW) and what does it cover?

Incidental physical damage such as scratches, dents, dings, or broken knobs.
LDW coverage is void and of no effect if you are not in compliance with your obligations under the terms of the rental agreement or these Terms and Conditions, or if physical damage to the Equipment or loss is caused by vandalism, theft, or intentional abuse or damage.
LDW can be removed at any time at no additional cost. Once removed, it cannot be added again to your existing account.
